Your participation in this opportunity will help to prepare you for Algebra 1 in the fall of 9th grade Transcript Request FormNormal Service: Transcripts will normally be sent (or be ready for pickup) within 5 business days after receiving the request. Always get your request to us as early as possible to avoid delays, extra charges, and possible disappointment
Delivery: Normally, hard copy transcripts are sent by USPS first-class mail. Please submit a stamped envelope to the office, when making your request online. Foothills cannot assume responsibility for mail not delivered to its intended destination.

Peer tutoring is scheduled to start on 9/26/2016
No sign ups are necessary for any students who are interested in receiving Peer Tutoring services.
Students who would like to receive Peer tutoring services must line up outside the library right after school. Students must stay until the end of the Peer Tutoring session, which is at 3:30 pm. For any questions regarding Peer Tutoring, please contact Mrs. Oh, the School Counselor.
